It was designed by the famous Dutch architect, Eric van Egeraat. The company’s most recent urban development project is the Fashion Street. Csipak Péter’s vision was to keep up with the latest commercial trends, but in balance with the needs of Budapest and the people living in it. Thus the old historical buildings have been impeccably renovated and protected while implementing the most innovative technologies.
When Fashion Street was just a concept laying on the drawing board, the founder had already started making plans about its extension. A visionary ahead of his time, Péter Csipak had envisioned one of the most modern development concept of Budapest’s downtown. The Main Street project involves extending Fashion Street in the shape of a T along Bécsi Street: in the direction of Kristóf Square to the left, and in the direction of Erzsébet Square to the right. The design plans presenting the concept of Main Street were created by award-winning British architecture, engineering and design firm Foster + Partners.
